1.put the sugar in the milk and allow it to dissolve or just heat the milk until the sugar dissolves and allow it to cool.
2.add cornflour to the milk to make it a little thick.
3.butter the bread slices and springle the raisins over the buttered side
4.pour the sugar-milk syrup over each bread.Make sure that all portions are wet.Take a baking pan and arrange them one over the other.
5.Bake it for around 20 minutes at 180degrees.
6.Take out and add caramel syrup over the pudding(i used readymade caramel).
7.Garnish with pista and cashew.
8.Keep this in freezer for about 15 minutes.
