Ingredients used in Eggless Chocolate Mousse
• Sugar - 4 tablespoons.
• Cocoa powder - 1/2 cup.
• Pitted dates - 8 piece.
• Avacados - 2 numbers.
• Milk - 4 tablespoons.

Method/ Instructions 1. Microwave the pitted dates with 1/2 cup of water for 2 mins so that they are well softened. Drain the water and place the softened dates in the food processor/ blender 2. Peel the Avacados and cut them in big inch size pieces and place them in the food processer along with the dates 3. Add all the remaining ingredients in the food processer(sugar, vanilla extract, milk, cocoa powder) Blend it well (around 1-2 mins) or until all the ingredients are well incorporated. Keep scraping the sides of the food processor while blending 5. Fill the mousse in decorative glass or glass bowl (throwing some choclate chips at the bottom of the glass and some at the outer end of the glass for visual appeal) Allow it to chill in the refrigerator for 2 hrs At least before serving 6. Garnish it with the strawberry/ raspberry, white chocolate chips amp; mint leaves 7. Let this be a surprise and let your guests keeping guessing the secret ingredient in this dessert :) For garnishing- 1 strawberry or 2-3 raspberry, 6-8 white chocolate chips 2 mint leaves
