Ingredients used in Eggless Cookies Honey Kisses
• All purpose flour - 250 grams.
• Honey - 130 grams.
• Sugar powder - 50 grams.
• Butter - 165 grams.
• Baking soda - 2 teaspoons.
• Orange rind - 1 pinch.
• Walnuts - 100 grams.
• Icing sugar - 115 grams.
Method:
In a bowl add 115gbutter, 50gsugar powder, 115ghoney, mix it well, add orange rind, all-purpose flour, baking soda, mix this like a dough. Divide the dough into equal portion and make roundels, press the walnut crush on one side only and transfer into the baking tray. Bake them at 200 c for 10 minutes. For filling: In a bowl add Butter 50g, Icing sugar115 g, Honey15ml,cream it and fill into the piping bag and pipe it between two cookies.
