1.slice the top of each bun and scoop the centre out.
2.fold the cheese slices and place them at the bottom of the scooped centre of each bun.
3.cover the cheese with the chicken or ham or just olives.
4.prepare a scramble with eggs butter milk and parsley and fill the centres with it.
5.grill the buns in an oven for 10 minutes and serve with a soup andnbsp;a salad of your choice.
