1. boil 4-5 cups of water with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar. add french beans, carrots and peas in boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes till the peas are just down. do not over boil.
2. when done, drain immediately and refresh by putting in ice cold water strain. keep in the strainer for 10 minutes.
3. mix vegetables and fruit in a large bowl.
4. mix itlian paste with cheese. add cream and pour it gradually over the fruit and vegetable mixture, mixing lightly. cheak salt and pepper. serve cold.
