Ingredients used in Falafel
• Soaked chickpeas 1 Cup.
• Baking soda 1/2 Teaspoons.
• salt 1 Teaspoons.
• Minced Onions 1/2 Cup.
• Minced Parsley or coriander leaves 2 Tablespoons.
• Chillies To Taste.
• Cumin powder 1 Teaspoons.
• Coriander 1 Teaspoons.
• Minced Garlic 2 Clove.
• Lemon Juice 1 Tablespoons.
• Blackpepper powder 1 Teaspoons.
• Maida/All purpose flour 3 Tablespoons.
How to make the recipe:
  1. Grind all the ingredients to a coarse form without water.

  2. Heat oil in a Kadai for frying. Once the oil gets heated enough for frying, make patties out of the coarse mixture amp; fry them just like Vadas.

  3. Serve Falafel as an appetizer or as a evening snack.
