Ingredients used in Falafel
• Soaked chickpeas - 1 cup.
• Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - 1 teaspoons.
• Minced onions - 1/2 cup.
• Minced parsley or coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons.
• Chillies - to taste.
• Cumin powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander - 1 teaspoons.
• Minced garlic - 2 clove.
• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoons.
• Blackpepper powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Maida/all purpose flour - 3 tablespoons.
Method:
  1. Grind all the ingredients to a coarse form without water.

  2. Heat oil in a Kadai for frying. Once the oil gets heated enough for frying, make patties out of the coarse mixture amp; fry them just like Vadas.

  3. Serve Falafel as an appetizer or as a evening snack.
