- In a vessel add tomato pieces, water, tamarind, Pinch of turmeric powder, green chili, garlic and coriander leaves then add some salt and put the lid on to cook for 5 minutes.
- Once the tomatoes are cooked add some mint leaves.
- Allow cooling completely. Pour the mixture into a blender and make a coarse paste.
Serve this chutney with Rice, upma, and pongal.
