FATTA FAT CHUTNEY - GRATED CARROT MUSTARD PICKLE

Ingredients used in FATTA FAT CHUTNEY - GRATED CARROT MUSTARD PICKLE
• Carrot(grated) - 1-1/2 cup.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ginger - 1 piece.
• Garlic(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Mustard powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1/4 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add carrot, cumin seeds, julians of ginger, chopped garlic, mustard powder, red chili powder, vinegar, salt and mix nicely

Now carrot pickle is ready to serve.
