FENNEL AND CUCUMBER SANDWICH

Ingredients used in FENNEL AND CUCUMBER SANDWICH
• Fennel leaves - 1/4 cup.
• Hung curd - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• White pepper powder - 1 pinch.
• Bread slices - 2 number.
• Cucumber - 1 number.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add hung curd, fennel leaves, salt, white pepper powder and mix it well and keep it aside.
  • Now take a cucumber and peel out the skin and again peel it like slices to arrange it on top of bread slice.
  • Take a bread slice and apply the butter on it and arrange the cucumber peeled slices on top of bread slice.
  • Then place the hung curd and fennel leaves the mixture on another slice and spread it and put it on top of cucumber arranged bread slice and press it, now cut the edges of the bread slice.
  • Later cut into lengths then tasty fennel and cucumber sandwich is ready to serve.
