Ingredients used in Chicken Curry With Fenugreek And Capsicum
• Chicken pieces - 250 grams.
• Oil - as required.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato puree - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Curd - 1/2 cup.
• Fenugreek leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Red, yellow, green capsicum (cubes) - 1 cup.
• Onion (cubes) - 1 number.
Method:
Fry chicken pieces in hot oil and keep aside. Now in the same oil, add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, and saute it until raw flavors are gone. Then season it with red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and saute it. To it, add curd. Once it comes to boil, put fried chicken pieces and cook it. Later even add chopped fenugreek leaves, cubes of capsicum and onion and cook for few more minutes. Delicious Fenugreek Capsicum Chicken Curry is now ready to serve.
