FIELD BEAN VADA

Ingredients used in FIELD BEAN VADA
• Chana dal - 1/2 cup.
• Field beans(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• French beans(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onions - 1 no.
• Pressed rice - 1(1/2) tablespoons.
• Rice flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Take a mixie jar and add soaked chana dal and make a coarse paste.
  • Take a bowl and add field beans, french beans, green chilies, cumin seeds, curry leaves, salt, onions, coarse paste, pressed rice and mix nicely.
  • To it add rice flour and mix nicely. Take small dumpling and make a round flat shape vada with hands.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry vada and transfer into a paper towel.

Now Field Beans Vada is ready to serve.
