Ingredients used in Firni
• Rice flour - half cup.
• Whole milk - 1 litre.
• Condenced milk - 1 can.
• Sugar - 5 tablespoons.
• Vanilla essence - 1 tea spoon.
• Small cardamom pods - 4 numbers.
• Almond - to taste.
• Pistachios - to taste.
  • In a pot add milk and cardamom seeds, rice flour and sugar. Leave on a very low flame to cook and keep stirring.
  • When the mixture thickens add vanilla (kewra) essence and remove from heat.

Garnish with dry fruit and serve.
