Ingredients used in fish bambole
• Bombay duck - 500 grams.
• Chilli powder - 5 grams.
• Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tamarind pulp - 15 grams.
• Vinger - 10 ml.
• Oil - 30 ml.
Method:

1. Clean fish, open them .Centre bones may be renoved or left on as desired. W ash throughly.

2. Keep between flat plates with weight on top to remove excessnbsp; liquid. Dry on cloth.

3. Grind togeather spices with tamarind pulp, vinger and salt.

4. Rub into the fish.

5. shallow fry.
