Ingredients used in Fish Kebab
• Salmon fish - 1 kg.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili (grounded) - 10 numbers.
• Sliced onion - 1/4 cup.
• Yogurt - half cup.
• Cooking oil - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • heat oil in a pan and fry onion until it get brown. Drain the excess oilon paper towel and set aside.
  • Clean the fish and cut them into small pieces. Rub them with salt, garlic paste and yogurt . Then wash thoroughly.
  • Marinate them with Remaining plain yogurt , ginger paste, garam masala powder , ground chilies, salt and fried onions for an hour.
  • Soak the wooden skewers in water for some time and take them out. Then skew the marinated fish in it.
  • Brush oil on the fish pieces and grill them until brown. Brush the remaining marinade half way through the cooking.
  • Take them off the skewers.

Serve hot with toothpick inserted on them.
