Ingredients used in Fried Baati
• Wheat flour - 2 cup.
• Ghee - 2 tablespoons.
• Warm water to knead - to taste.
• Ghee - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
Mix the flour, salt and ghee. Knead very stiff dough with warm water. Shape in ball the size little larger of a ping pong ball. Pressure cook the balls (2 whistles). Let it cool. Cut into slices. Deep fry in hot ghee. Drain and serve hot with dal.
