Ingredients used in Fried Lamb Chops
• Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs - 1 cup.
• Grated parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup.
• Onion powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - 1 teaspoons.
• Garlic powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Lemon wedges, fresh rosemary sprigs - to taste.
• Vegetable oil - to fry.
• Eggs, lightly beaten - 2 large.
• All-purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Lamb rib chops - 18 numbers.
• Paprika - 2 teaspoons.
• Pepper - 1 teaspoons.
  • In a bowl, mix Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and paprika.
  • Take the lamb chops and cover with flour. Thereafter, dip them in egg and roll in breadcrumb mixture.
  • Take a pan and put vegetable oil in it to a depth of 1/4 inch.
  • Fry the chops in installments over medium heat. Heat each side for about 5-7 minutes.
  • You can garnish if you wish to.
