1. Grind chillies ,ginger and garlic in to a fine paste .
nbsp;2. Clean and cut meat ,potatoes and carrots into even sized cubes. Chop onions .
3. Boil meat with vinegar ,half the oil and salt . When half done add ground spices and cook till tender.
nbsp;4. Fry potatoes and carrots in oil.
5. On fine sticks ,13 cm long ,thread onions ,potatoes meat ,carrots and raw tomatoes alternately .
6. Beat the eggs .Dip sticks in egg ,sprinkle with bread crumbs and deep fry.
