- Take a bowl and add eggs, salt, grated potato and beat it.
- Heat pan and add half teaspoon garlic, onions, 1 tablespoon oil and saute it, on top of it pour egg mixture.
- On top it arrange boiled egg pieces and sprinkle pepper powder, salt and cook it with cheese on top of it, later transfer into serving plate.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in another pan and add onions, salt, half teaspoon garlic and saute it.
- To it add carrots, sweet corn, mixed herbs, tomato and mix nicely and cook the sauce for 3 minutes.
- Arrange sauce with dill leaf on top of potato frittata.
Now frittata of potato and cheese are ready to serve.
