FRITTATA OF POTATO AND CHEESE

Ingredients used in FRITTATA OF POTATO AND CHEESE
• Eggs - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Potato(grated) - 1 number.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions - 1-2 numbers.
• Oil - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Boiled egg - 1 number.
• Pepper powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cheese - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Carrots(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Sweet corn - 1/4 cup.
• Mixed herbs - 1 pinch.
• Tomato - 1 numbers.
• Dill leaves - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add eggs, salt, grated potato and beat it.
  • Heat pan and add half teaspoon garlic, onions, 1 tablespoon oil and saute it, on top of it pour egg mixture.
  • On top it arrange boiled egg pieces and sprinkle pepper powder, salt and cook it with cheese on top of it, later transfer into serving plate.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in another pan and add onions, salt, half teaspoon garlic and saute it.
  • To it add carrots, sweet corn, mixed herbs, tomato and mix nicely and cook the sauce for 3 minutes.
  • Arrange sauce with dill leaf on top of potato frittata.

Now frittata of potato and cheese are ready to serve.
