Ingredients used in Fruit Cream
• Mango Juice 1/4 Cup.
• Whipping cream 250 ml Small.
• Sugar 1/2 Cup.
• Orange 1 Numbers.
• Plum 2 Numbers.
• Grapes 1 Bunch.
• Mango 1 Numbers.
• Apple 1 Numbers.
• Banana 1 Big.
• Raisins and nuts (almonds or cashew nuts or pistachio) 1/4 Cup.
How to make the recipe:
Cut each fruit into small pieces (you can use other fruits also, but keep in mind that it should not be too citric) and put them in a large bowel. Add cream, sugar, mango juice, and nuts, and mix them well. Keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours before. The cooler it is, the tastier it is!! You can even freeze it and serve it as fruit ice cream.
