Ingredients used in Garden Omelette
• Eggs - 8 numbers.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Carrot - 2 tablespoons.
• Spring onions - 2 tablespoons.
• Green beans diced - 2 tablespoons.
• Cucumber diced - 2 tablespoons.
• Tomatoes diced - 2 numbers.
• Bean sprouts - 1 cup.
• Salt and pepper - to taste.
• Olive oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
Method:

1.beat the eggs with milk put all the vegetables in a bowl season and keep them aside .

2.heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil with 1/2 tbsp butter in a large pan; add 1/4 of the egg mixture into the pan, gently rotate it till the mixture sets.

3.then put 1/4 of the vegetables; fold the omelette and serve hot.

4.repeat the process to make three more omelettes.
