Ingredients used in Garlic Roast Chicken
• Small chicken - 1000 grams.
• Garlic - 4 clove.
• Light soy sauce - 2 tablespoons.
• Pepper - to taste.
• Salt - pinch.
• Sesame oil - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
Heat oven to 200C. Crush the garlic cloves and mix with the seasoning ingredients. Rub the mixture over the skin and inner cavity of the chicken. Place the garlic pieces and remaining seasoning inside the chicken. Cook in covered casserole dish for 30-40 minutes until cooked. Serve whole.
