Ingredients used in GOBI GINGER MASALA
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Curry leaves - 1 bunch.
• Oli - 4 tablespoons.
• Turmeric - 1 tablespoons.
• Jeera - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onion - 1 small.
• Garilc - 3 slice.
• Tomatos - 1 small.
• Cahewnuts - 1/2 cup.
• Cocunt - 1/2 cup.
• Ginger - 1/2 cup.
• Gobi - 1 small.
• Green chillis - 4 slice.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
1. Take a blinder add ginger,cocunt,cahewnuts,tomatos,garilc,,little bit of jeera and make a fine paste. 2.Take a pan add some oil add jeera ,curry leaves,turmeric,chopped onions,greenchillis fry little bit.. 3.Add the paste which we already prepared.fry it in alow flame .... 4. Add coriander powder,redchilli powder ,taste to salt.. 5. Add the gobi slices into this amp;cook it . 6 After the curry is done add come coriander leaves..
