this is famous recipe of kakinda.even i have a food blog named swethaskitchen.com and i invite you to visit my blog.frankly speaking, i am posting this recipe and in return i am expecting some favour from you,if you like this recipe and if you decide to shoot video of this recipe i wish you to tell my blog name(swethaskitchen.com)

so that it may be helpful for my blog.i think i am fair in asking you so, because i am posting recipe and expecting in return.

if you like my recipe and if you need more i will post it for you and if time permits please leave a reply at swetha@swethaskitchen.com. procedure:

1.mix above ingredients into a soft dove i.e like puri dove,by adding required water.

2.put the dove in a bowl and cover dove with a wet cloth and keep it in a place where you get sunlight, for minimum 1 1/2 hour.if you get little sunlight even that is fine.

3.add sugar to a pan and pour water for sugar to dip and then make thick sugar syrup i.e thicker pakam than gulabjam syrup.

4.meanwhile take dove and divide it into eual size pieces and make oval shape balls out of it.

5.deep fry kajalu on small flame till kajas are red in colour.

6.after frying put kajalu in sugar syrup and press kajas a bit so that kajas will dip nicely in syrup, let it sit for 20 minutes.

7.after 20 minutes take kajas out of sugar syrup and serve.
