Ingredients used in Goulash Soup
• Beef (cut in small cubes) - 2 lbs.
• Oil or butter - 3 tablespoons.
• Medium onions (chopped) - 3 numbers.
• Garlic (minced) - 1 clove.
• Paprika - 2 cup.
• Salt & pepper - to taste.
• Carraway seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Tomato paste - 3 tablespoons.
• Bay leaf - 1 numbers.
• Water - 3 cup.
• Beef broth - 2 cup.
• Red wine - 1/2 cup.
• Medium potatoes (cubed) - 4 numbers.
Method:
Brown the meat in oil or butter.nbsp; Add the onions and garlic and fry until the onions are translucent.

Add the paprika, bay leaf, carraway seeds, water, and broth. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for about 45 minutes. Add the potatoes and simmer for an additional 45 minutes. Stir in the tomato paste and red wine.nbsp; Salt and pepper to taste.nbsp; Remove the bay leaf before serving
