Green beans and olive oil
Author : Vahchef
Main Ingredient : Beans
Servings : 0 persons
Published date : November 17, 2016

Ingredients used in Green beans and olive oil
• Green beans - 500 grams.
• Garlic - 8 clove.
• Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Tomato (pealed and finely diced) - 1 large.
• Olive oil - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Chopped of corinader (kusbara) - 1 cup.
Method:
Trim off the ends of each bean and cut it into 2 or 3 pieces. Rinse well and add to a large pot of boiling salted water. Cover, reduce heat to moderate and cook for 30 minutes. Drain off all but 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid, and add the remaining ingredients except for the corinader. Blend gently and cook for 25 minutes. Add the corinader and cook 5 more minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning. The sauce should be thick and each bean glistening and coated. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
