GREEN CHILLI DRUMSTICK PICKLE

Ingredients used in GREEN CHILLI DRUMSTICK PICKLE
• Oil - 4 tablespoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Drumstick(pieces) - 10 piece.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Asafoetida - 1 pinch.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Fenugreek powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Tamarind juice - 1 cup.
• Jaggery - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, drumsticks and saute it.
  • Green chillies, turmeric powder, asafoetida, coriander powder, fenugreek powder, tamarind juice, jaggery and mix it.
  • Place the lid and cook it for 15 minutes on slow flame.

Now the green chilli drumstick pickle is ready to serve with roti or rice.
