Ingredients used in Green Chilli Sambar
• Salt,turmeric poowder - 1 to taste.
• Jaggery - 1 cup.
• Greenchillies chopped - 1 cup.
• Full garlic - 1 cup.
• Coriander powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Mustard - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 1 teaspoons.
• Small onion - 1 cup.
• Tamarind water - 1 cup.
Method:
* Pour oil in a pan add mustard and let it splutter *add the small onions and saute it till it becomes soft. *add garlic,turmeric powder,salt saute it. *then add greenchilies,coriander powder and tamarind water then finally *add the jaggery and let it boil till it becomes thick. serve hot.
