Description

Saag is a leaf-based curry of spinach, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli or other greens etc. This dish is eaten in South Asia with breads such as roti or naan.

1. First blange spinach. For this take a pan and add water, spinach then boil. 2. Now remove spinach and keep it aside 3. Heat 2 tbs oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, green chillies, onions, nutmeg powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves, spinach and switch off the flame and saute it. 4. Then take the above mixture into the blender and bend it into a smooth green paste. 5. Now the basic green gravy is ready.
