Ingredients used in Green Mince
• Mince - 250 grams.
• Onions - 1 numbers.
• Tomatoes - 1 numbers.
• Lime juice - 1/2 numbers.
• Fat - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• To be ground with water - .
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Green chillies - 6-8 numbers.
• Ginger - pinch.
• Garlic - 8 numbers.
• Turmeric - 1 1/2 teaspoons.
• Cumin - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Poppy seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Peppercorns - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Groundnuts - 4 numbers.
• Sultanas - 4 numbers.
Method:

1.Heat fat and saute the onion till light brown .

2. Add the minced meat and cook till all the water is absorbed .

3. Put in the ground spices and fry well for 10 minutes ,till you get a pleasant smell .

4. Add the tomato ,salt to taste ,and a cup of water and allow the mince to cook gradually .Add lime juice to taste .

5.Check for seasoning and remove .Green peas and potato fingers may be used to garnish this dish .
