Ingredients used in ground chicken cutlets
• Corn flour - 1or more teaspoons.
• 1 egg - 1 numbers.
• Jeera powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Dhaniya powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Large boiled potato - 1 large.
• Salt - as req tablespoons.
• Oil - as req cup.
• Turmric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Chillis - 8 numbers.
• Ground chicken - 1 lbs.
• Bread crumps - 1/2 cup.
• Garam masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Red colour - optional pinch.
• Mint leaves and celantro - each bunch numbers.
• Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
1) Heat pan and add some oil and add ground chicken 2) Add nicely thin sliced chilli,ginger garlic,salt 3) Nicely toss it and add dhaniya powder,jeera powder and cook for some more time till all water comes out. 4)See that its well cooked till all water dissapear. 5)Let it cool down and mean time smash boiled potato 6)Mix chicken and potato and mix it well to remove lumps 7)Now add finely chopped mint and cilantro(plz also add finely chopped cilantro stems that is where the actual flavour comes) 8)Add some more dhaniya power ,lime juice 9)Break egg and mix half to chicken and rest for coating before frying cutlets in oil. 10)Add corn flour for binding(dont add more) 11)Now taste it if req u can add the ingredients even now. 12)now our chicken cutlet mix is all set to go.Make a small ball an gentle take it to ur left palm and press it with ur right right palm. 13)Dont dip this cutlet into egg as it will break so gently toss it with egg using spoon on both sides and and rub some crumbs on each cutlet. 14)heat a pan and add oil(Need less oil as chicken is already cooked.Fill the pan less than 1/2 inch oil) 15)Fry this cut let untill one side is nice Red only then turn other side which avoids risk of breaking. 16)U can store this cutlet mix in refrigerator and make them instantly like snacks. 17)Same cutlets can be replaced with all veggies and boiling them ad shed all water and rest of the procedure is the same.(Can also add grated paneer after boiling veggies) 18)Trust me awesome snack dear visitors...............
