Ingredients used in groundnut dry chutney powder
• Dry redchillies kashmiri - 10 - 15 .
• Jaggery - to taste.
• Tamrind [ a lime sized ball ] - .
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Garlic - 1-2 small.
• Groundnuts or peanuts - 250 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Hing if strong see and add - pinch.
• Dry coconut kopra grated - 1 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
clean and roast groundnuts ,garlic , dry redchillies , kopra, curry leaves , and also tamrind so it becomes easy to grind in a blender and fry hing in a little oil and then put in a mixie and store in air tight container this can be kept in a fridge also so it retains its freshness .
