Ingredients used in Groundnut Powder( Chenikayala Podi)
• Sugar - 2 tablespoons.
• Garlic - 2 piece.
• Red chilles - 6 numbers.
• Groundnuts - 2 cup.
• Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - .
1. Dry Roast Groundnuts separtely. After that dry roast Red chillies as well.Allow them to cool enough to make a powder of them. 2. Then make a coarse powder of groudnuts,red chillies,sugar,red chilllipowder and garlic . 3. Adjust salt according to your taste.
