Ingredients used in Guacamole
• Avocado (ripe) - 1 number.
• Lemon juice - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red onion / (chopped) - 1 number.
• Green chillies - 2 number.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Cilantro (chopped) - 1 number.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tomato (peeled, removed seeds and chopped) - 2 number.
Method:
  • Cut a ripe avocado in two equal halves, remove seed, and scoop out avocado from the peel then transfer this to a bowl.
  • In it, add chopped garlic, green chilies, red onion, squeeze the lemon juice, cilantro, crushed pepper, salt, chopped tomatoes and mix it well.

Delicious Guacamole is ready to serve with taco or Burritos.

There is to garlic in guacamole. If you want to have a different texture you can leave it chunky, as he said. This also keeps the flavors a bit more separate and distinguishable. Salt and pepper also bring in more flavor if you want to taste the gu
