Ingredients used in Gundruk and Sinki Soup
• Gundruk/sinki - 50 grams.
• Onion, chopped - 1 large.
• Tomato, chopped - 1 large.
• Dry red chili - 2 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Salt - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
  1. Soak Gundruk/Sinki in water for 10 min.
  2. Heat oil and frynbsp;choppednbsp;onionsnbsp;tomatoes, chilies.
  3. Drain up soaked Gundruk/Sinki and fry, add turmeric powder and salt, and put 2 cups of water.
  4. Boil for 10 min, and serve hot with cooked rice
