KhusKhus to be blended into a fine powder. Later Kaju, Green Chillies, Cilantro leaves, Ginger Piece amp; Raw coconut has to be blended into a fine paste with little granules. Add some water for easy blending.
Take a pan amp; add a little oil required for tempering. Keep it on a low flame amp; pour some mustard seeds, Cumin Seeds, dried red chillies amp; Kadipatha. After the mustard seeds starts spluttering add eggplants amp; let it cook for few mins until they turn brown amp; soft.
Pour the blended paste into the half-cooked eggplants amp; add little turmeric powder amp; Salt amp; allow it to cook for 10-15 mins on medium flame. Can add some water if required.
