Ingredients used in Halwa puri
• Maida - 500 grams.
• Bombay ravva - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Water - 3 cup.
• Elachi - 2-3 numbers.
• Refined oil - 500 grams.
Method:
Take maida and mix it with some water and oil to make a smooth dough. soke it for 1 hour.

Preparation of Halwa:
Fry the ravva for few minutes till it remove raw flavour and keep aside. Take a vessel add some ghee. Now pour 3 cups of water and boil it.Add elachi, sugar and ravva in low flame.After 2 minutes halwa is ready.

preparation of puri:
Take the dough in to pieces and make a chapathi like put some halwa in it and again make the chapathi.Now fry it in a deep pan.
