HAND MADE VEGETABLE OPEN PIE

Ingredients used in HAND MADE VEGETABLE OPEN PIE
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Butter - 4-5 cube.
• Oil - 1 sticks.
• Onion(diced) - 1 number.
• Carrot(diced) - 1 number.
• French beans(pieces) - 1/4 cup.
• Green bell pepper(diced) - 1 number.
• Sweet corn - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mixed herbs - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Black pepper - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Fresh cream - 1 tablespoon.
• Pizza or mozzarella cheese - 1/4 cups.
• Bread crumbs - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, butter and mix it, later add water and add little water and make a soft pie dough, allow it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add diced onions, carrots, french beans, green bell pepper, sweet corn, salt, mixed herbs, black pepper and saute it.
  • Add fresh cream and mix nicely.
  • Dust some flour and roll dough into a sheet and place in a baking tray on top of silicon sheet.
  • Press and fold edges like as shown in video.
  • Spread the vegetables and on top of it sprinkle the pizza or mozzarella cheese and bread crumbs.
  • Place in oven at 180 degree for 12 minutes, later cut into pieces.

Now handmade vegetable open pie is ready to serve.
