Ingredients used in handi paneer
• Coriander finely chopped - 1 tablespoons.
• Yoghurt - 1/2 cup.
• Tej patta - 1 leaf.
• Green chilli finely chopped - 1 numbers.
• Tomato finely chopped - 1 numbers.
• Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Grated ginger - 1 piece.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Paneer - 100 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper - to taste.
Method:
saute onion in oil till golden brown, add ginger,green chillies, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and tomatoes. once tomato is cooked add yoghurt. when the mixture comes to boil add paneer along with coriander. Finally add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
