Ingredients used in Hans Ko Phool Ko Roti
• Green coriander - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Tomato - 1 numbers.
• Green chilli sliced - 1 numbers.
• Onions sliced - 1 teaspoons.
• Duck eggs - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cumin seeds - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
Method:

1.whisk the eggs well and mix in all ingredients except the oil.

2.heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed frying pan.lower the flame and pour in the egg mixture. cook one side, then turn over and cook the other side.

3.cut into pieces and serve as a snack or an accompainiment
