Ingredients used in Healthy Halwa
• Rava - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Fat free milk - 1 cup.
• Water - 3 cup.
• Kaju - 2 teaspoons.
• Kishmish - 2 teaspoons.
• Almonds peeled & cut into half - 2 tablespoons.
• Coconut coarsely cut - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
Dry roast the rava until light brown and keep aside.Heat the water .add sugar .Heat it to boil.Reduce th flame .Now add rava and keep on stirring so as to avois lumps.When the mixure starts getting thick,add milk the nuts.Keep on stirring till mixure stop sticking to the pan.Close the gas.Cover the halwa keep it for 5 minutes.After 5 minutes garnish with nicely peeled cut almonds kaju.Serve hot.
