Ingredients used in Healthy Juice
• Banana - 2 number.
• Badam/almonds - 1/4 cup.
• Tomato (chopped) - 2 number.
• Carrot (chopped) - 1 number.
• Bitter gourd (roundels) - 1/4 cup.
• Capsicum (cubes) - 1/4 cup.
Method:

Grind all these ingredients to juicy consistency and serve it.
