Ingredients used in Healthy Oats For Breakfast
• Oats - 1 cup.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Honey - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Dates - 1/2 cup.
• Banana - 1 number.
• Corn flakes - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Boil water in a hot vessel then add oats in it and let it cook for about 1 minute.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and season with small pieces of milk, honey, dates, banana slices, and corn flakes.
  • You can also add chocos and different fruits in it as per your taste.

Healthy Oats breakfast is ready to serve.

It's not really healthy when you add honey, dates, banana and cornflakes!!!! All full of sugar. Just have it with a little agave nectar and nuts.?
