Ingredients used in Homemade Dinkh/Goondh ke Laddoo..
• Ingredients:1/4kg edible goondh. 1/2kg dry coconut. 1 kg jaggery/gur. 1/2kg ghee(pure). 1/4kg almonds(chopped) 1/2kg dates(wet or dry). 1/2kg black raisins(optional). 1 whole jaifal/nutmeg (powder). 1 - 1 1.
Homemade Dinkh/Goondh ke Laddoo.. Ingredients:1/4kg Edible Goondh. 1/2kg Dry Coconut. 1 kg Jaggery/Gur. 1/2kg Ghee(Pure). 1/4kg Almonds(chopped) 1/2kg Dates(Wet or Dry). 1/2kg Black Raisins(optional). 1 Whole Jaifal/Nutmeg (Powder). 1 Tblsp Ajwain seeds. Kaju/Pistachio (optional). Method:1. Take a pan roast dry grated coconut with 1 tsp ghee till golden and remove keep aside. 2.Then in same pan take ghee and little by little goondh and fry till light golden and remove and put on the roasted coconut. 3.Fry dry Fruits. 4.Not to fry raisins. 5.Same ghee fry ajwain and in it add dates keep stirring to make paste or till the dates are very soft,then in it add 1kg Jaggery and stir constantly by adding half cup of milk to prevent jaggery from burning,low the flame and stir ,then when jaggery is smooth like a paste add all the roasted coconut,nuts,goondh(fried and then little crushed),nutmeg pdr,mix it well,remove from stove and make balls when its hot...and here your Goond laddoos are ready....hope u will like my receipe and let me know about the taste...pls remember my family in all your prayers Inshallah Ameen.....
