1.heat the oil; temper with fenugreek seeds and then add the pumpkin.
2.put in the salt and turmeric powder; cook till the water dries.
3.add the garlic, ginger and green chillies with 2 tbsp of water and cook.
4.put in the lapsi and cook for 10 mins more till the pumpkin gets mashed and the lapsi cooked.
5.now add the dry spices; sprinkle 2 tbsp of water and cook till it is done and becomes pulpy in appearance.
