Ingredients used in Hot Cocoa
• Cocoa powder - half cup.
• Vanilla extract - 3/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Sugar - half cup.
• Soy milk or rice milk - 4 cup.
• Water - half cup.
Method:
  • Combine cocoa, sugar, water and salt in a saucepan. Put it over medium heat. Stir well until it dissolves.
  • Then add the soy milk or rice milk and stir constantly until piping hot (for about 3-5 minutes).
  • Then add the vanilla extract.

Serve hot.
