Ingredients used in Hot Pasta Salad
• Balsamic vinegar - 2 tablespoons.
• Olive oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - 1/8 teaspoons.
• Green pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips - 1 numbers.
• Red onion, cut in half lengthwise and thinly sliced (1 cup) - 1/2 numbers.
• Poppy seed - 2 teaspoons.
• Hot cooked linguine (6 oz. uncooked) - 2 cup.
• Tomato, cut into thin wedges - 1 numbers.
Method:
In small bowl, combine vinegar, oil and salt. Set aside. Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick vegetable cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium heat. Add pepper, onion and poppy seed. Cook for 4 to 6 minutes, or until vegetables are tender, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add linguine and tomato. Cook for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until hot, stirring frequently. Add vinegar mixture. Toss to combine
