It has an awesome flavour from the mustard paste and lemon juice and heat from pepper powder and chilli flakes, a combination and blend of flavours to give a pleasant savour to the palate. How to prepare Crumb Fried Fish and Chips:

In a plate, place the two fish fillet and season them with little salt, pepper powder, mustard paste, lemon juice, chilli flakes, beaten egg and spread the spices and coat the fillets on all sides. In another plate, put some bread crumbs and add a tsp of oil and mix well. Take the fish fillet and coat it with the bread crumbs nicely on all sides. Preheat the Phillip air fryer for 5 mins at 200 degree C. Pull out the basket and place the fish fillets and over that add in the thinly sliced potato and air fry for 7 minutes.
After 7 mins, turn the fish upside down and fry again for about 3-4 minutes. Remove and serve hot. Fish dishes are a favourite to many and I am sure it is your favourite dish too. Thank you for the review,but the problemt is not the calories,it is the sourse of the calories that put weight on people.Calories from fruits and vegetables are the best for us,but calories from animal products are not.Please watch the movie Forks ov
