Ingredients used in HYDERABADI HARYALI CHICKEN
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Green chilli sauce - 1 teaspoons.
• Poppy seeds - 1/3 cup.
• Yogurt - 1 cup.
• Green chillies - 4 numbers.
• Methi - 1 bunch.
• Mint leaves - 1 bunch.
• Coriander - 1 bunch.
• Chicken - 500 grams.
• Cumin powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Onion - 4 large.
• Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
Method:

Firstly grind onions finely chopped, coriander, mint and methi leaves ,green chilles and poppy seeds together.Make it into a thick mixture..In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds,and then add the paste, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt to the mixture and cook. When the pan starts leaving oil add in the chicken to it. Cook the chicken till it gets soft and then add yogurt and chili sauce and cook the mixture till the chicken is fully cooked and starts leaving oil.Serve hot with rice or chapati
