Ingredients used in MOUTAIN BUTTER TEA
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1 tablespoon.
• Baking soda - 2 pinch.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Tea powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take the pan and add milk, sugar, baking soda, tea powder and boil it on slow flame.
  • Using the strainer, strain the tea in a cup and add butter

Now the butter tea is ready to serve.

Hi Mrs vahchef.. I am a big fan of ur cooking and Van chef.. I always watch n learn form ur recipes.. But I his salt tea recipe is nothing like we Tibet in make at home.. We don't put sugar and diffently no baking stuff. But other then that I

We do not make butter tea with sugar!! butter tea is salty you ediot !! Do not experiment in the name of tibet or tibetans !!?
